The tourist information and interpretation centre of Debagoiena is located next to the car park and the shop. Guided visits to the Sanctuary can be arranged here.

The opening times are as follows:

Holy Week and from 1 June to 30 September:

 Daily: 10.00-14.00 and 15.00-18.30

Weekends the rest of the year, public and bank holidays:

Morning: 10.00-14.00
