The basilica and the crypt of the Sanctuary of Arantzazu remain open throughout the year and entry is free of charge (the Franciscan friars open the doors around 9 am and close them around 6 pm).

In addition, the following guided visits are conducted from the tourist office:

Guided visit to the Sanctuary of Arantzazu (giving information about the history Arantzazu, the basilica, artists: Oteiza, Chillida…).

Guided visit to “Oteiza in Arantzazu” (only exhibits works by Oteiza). The relationship between Jorge Oteiza and the Sanctuary of Arantzazu and the importance of the Sanctuary in Oteiza’s life are the main topics covered in this visit.  It is essential to book in advance.
