The green route of the Vasco-Navarrorailway skirts the whole town of Arraste.   You can still find the old train-stop beside Debagoiena hospital.

Following the road, you pass next to the shrine of San Isidro and further on you pass in front of Eroski supermarket and then leave Arrasate behind.

From here on, the path runs between the river and the road. You pass Ekilore and immediately come to the tunnel that takes you to the hamlet San Prudentzio of Bergara.

Continue under the road and here you will find the intersection to go to Bergara or Oñati.

If you to go Oñati leave the car-park of Tabesa to the left and continue up-river first between farmhouses and then between factories and once you pass the fire-fighters headquarters you cross the bridge and come to the hamlet of Zubillaga of Oñati.

On the other side of the road you will see the church of Zubillaga and the fronton (pelota court) places with charm in this industrial area.

Continue along the route a few metres and after passing the petrol station you go through a tunnel. This time you go between trees and factories until you reach the village of Oñati.

Following the route, you reach the building that houses the ancient train stop and on one side you can see the engine.
