This bakery produces rellenos and tostones of Bergara, pastries, cookies and millfeuille. Situated in the old quarter of Bergara and run by the third generation of a family of bakers, Pasteleria Mujika is the most emblematic establishment where locals buy the famous rellenos.

It was founded in 1916 by Francisco Mujika, who started working in the trade in Otxoa patisserie of Bilbao.

Subsequently, his son Roman Mujika, and more recently Roman’s son Xabier, continue to prepare the traditional sweets of Bergara. Over the generations, there were times when they also made wax and chocolates.
