The Ignatian Way is one part of the pilgrimage that Saint Ignatius of Loyola did in 1522.  It is a route that goes from his home town to Manresa (Catalonia). Here, “The Cave of Saint Ignatius” takes us back to the founder of the Company of Jesus.
The Ignatian Way, like other long distance routes, apart from a travel experience is a route that offers the opportunity to develop and discover our inner selves. The whole route covers 675 kilometres, while the part that passes through the Basque Country is 150 kilometres.
